The staff here is fantastic, and the location is great as it is close to restaurants and just a 15-minute walk to the city center.

The room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable.I had no problems finding a car parking space near to the main entrance--a bonus with heavy luggage.

Dinner prices were too high. The bacon and scrambled eggs at breakfast looked dreadful---the bacon was swimming in oil, and the eggs looked dry and unpatatable.The flat screen tv in the room looked great but didn't appear to work.

The location was good and I could use private parking on-site. The bus stop was 10 minutes’ walk away. The room was fairly quiet and big size and featured a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe.

Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Quiet area, very close to the center of this small town. Small supermarket and hairdressers at the other side of the hotel. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

A bit difficult to find, there were not a lot of indications. Althought we put the car in the garage for safety, we found out that the place we parked it was under a leaking pipe, leaving white stains of something like salt that could make damage. However, the staff accepted to do something for it. The breakfast menu was unsupervised so it was at the mercy of flies. The airconditioning was under the control of the reception, we had to ask if we wanted more heat.

Though the breakfast could be better, the lunch offered a great variety of delicious foods to choose from.

I was amazed by the exceptional front desk service during my 3-day workshop at this hotel. The manager personally ensured that everything was perfect upon our arrival and throughout the event. They provided whatever we needed with a smile. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and clean.

The hotel is located in a great spot, which is active and has plenty of things to do. The rooms are sizable, and they have provided a kettle and packets of coffee and tea for breakfast. the room we were in had a balcony, which was nice for catching some fresh air.

Visited the hotel during Easter, the staff was very courteous, accommodating and provided great customer service. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the city's downtown area where we explored different restaurants and cafes. the room was spacious and pristine with lovely satin linen. the best features of the room were the plush bedding and the amazing air conditioning system that kept the room cool and comfortable. Our room included free Wi-Fi and watching TV using the satellite service was a good way to unwind after spending a day checking out the city.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower wasn't working very well. the breakfast was mediocre, some menu items were not available and the juice dispenser was not properly working.
